“The Bylaws serve as the foundational governance document for the Piedmont United States Bowling Congress (USBC) Association. These rules establish the structure, duties, and responsibilities of the Association’s Board of Directors, outline procedures for meetings, elections, and financial management, and ensure compliance with the requirements set forth by the National USBC organization.
All members, board members, and affiliated leagues are expected to familiarize themselves with and adhere to these Bylaws to ensure the fair, transparent, and effective operation of the Piedmont USBC.”
